The villa has wi-fi internet support. It has large verandas and at the pool side there is another out-door living area with a very large sofa covered by a pergola. The villa has 2 parking spaces.
The nearest beaches are Nammos, Ai-Yiannis , Glyfadi , and Ornos beach. The distance from the town centre and airport is between 4 and 5 kilometres.
